When will my order ship?

We process all orders in a super speedy 1-2 business days!  Economy shipping is USPS Ground Advantage, Standard shipping is USPS Priority, and Express shipping is USPS Priority Express.  We cannot guarantee transit times.  Please upgrade your shipping if you need your order by a certain date.  Shipping fees are non-refundable unless USPS approved.

Can you gift wrap my order?

Gift wrapping is available under "Add-Ons & Extras".  Prices will be hidden from receipt.  The gift message can be written in the "Message to Seller" box.

 Can you include extra jewelry boxes for my order?

Yes! Extra boxes can be ordered under "Add-ons and Extras."  By default, your order will ship with 4-6 pairs per box unless extra boxes are added.

Are these earrings suitable for sensitive ears?

Yes! Our earrings are designed to be hypoallergenic for sensitive ears.  If you or the recipient experienced discomfort, you can return them for a full refund.  View our blog for more information on metal sensitivities. 

Do you accept custom orders?

Unfortunately, we are not accepting custom orders for individual pairs at this time.  If you are interesting in 10+ custom pairs, please contact us.  We LOVE getting design requests, please contact us!

Do you offer clip-on/dangle earrings?

At this time, we are not offering clip-on or dangle earrings.  Sorry to disappoint!
