These are very cute earrings and my daught...

These are very cute earrings and my daughter loves them. They were shipped in early December, I was aware of issues with shipping and delays around the holidays, and was understanding that they may not arrive in time for Christmas. However after not being able to track the location of the package after the last status update, I reached out to the shop for help. I never received any message back. Not even a note to acknowledge my message or even say they couldn't help. Nothing. I reached out to the US post office and after a couple weeks they were able to help track and locate the package. After a month, the earrings were delivered.
